I made a request to have the light bulbs replaced in my bedroom because I can’t reach the globe myself. Mr. Saquan responded ... and he explained to me that the bulbs I wanted installed were not the correct ones and he supplied me with the correct wattage. He was very responsive and communicated with me throughout the procedure. I really appreciated his attentiveness and professionalism it is a breath of fresh air to be treated kindly by the staff. ????? 5/5 I recently moved into Thornberry Apartments, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The environment here is ... incredibly peaceful and clean, which makes coming home feel like a breath of fresh air. From the very beginning, the office staff made me feel truly welcomed—even before my application was approved. A special shoutout to Seth and Gissele, who are an amazing team. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile really set this place apart. The maintenance team is also excellent—very prompt and efficient with work orders, which gives me peace of mind. If you're looking for a great place to live with a caring, responsive management team and a clean, quiet atmosphere, I highly recommend Thornberry Apartments. I absolutely love it here! My hot water heater went out. I emailed the office. They immediately sent a maintenance worker ... to my apartment.
